Boathouse Demolition and Site Clearance at in Holyrood Park by Brown Demolitions Ltd

This is a short video of the Boathouse site after it had been cleared.

We do have the pleasure of working in some lovely places, none more so that this recent demolition and site clearance project for Historic Environment Scotland in Holyrood Park.

Due to vandalism the Duddingston Loch Boathouse had to be demolished and the site cleared of all the burnt timbers and general waste. We also salvaged as much material as possible, this included roof slates, stove, stone chimney cope, pot, and as many whole bricks as possible.

The site was cleared of all waste materials which were transported off-site in skips arranged by our client,
