Soft Interior House Strip-Out in Morningside, Edinburgh by Brown Demolitions Ltd
Another strip-out project was completed in Edinburgh by Brown Demolitions Ltd, this time it was a house in the Morningside area of Edinburgh, originally a farm estate house, it was divided in to separate dwellings many years ago. Our interior strip-out team made short work of this project, the building was stripped back to the bare walls, and the floor was lifted to expose the old insulation ready for disposal and the installation of underfloor heating, the team also excavated an old area of the house that still had the original flagstones on the floor. At the rear of the property we demolished an old concrete patio area, and the basement was excavated in order to create more headroom in the new development. As and where possible the waste materials were segregated on-site ready for transport and disposal by a licensed waste carrier.
